How to Use - Channel Overview & Earnings

Method 1: Lookup Channel (Recommended)
  1. Enter the channel ID (starts with UC) or full YouTube channel URL (e.g., https://youtube.com/@channelname or https://youtube.com/channel/UC...) in the "Lookup Channel" field
  2. Click "Fetch" to retrieve channel statistics automatically
  3. The tool will auto-fill monthly views based on the channel's total views
  4. Country will be auto-detected from the channel's location (you can change it manually if needed)
  5. Channel ranking metrics (engagement score, views per subscriber) will be displayed
Method 2: Set Values Manually
  1. Monthly Views: Use the draggable slider to set your average monthly views (0 to 10M), or type an exact value in the input field below
  2. Primary Audience Country: Select the country where most of your viewers are located - this affects CPM rates (auto-detected if you used channel lookup)
  3. Content Niche: Choose your content category (General, Finance, Tech, etc.) - this also affects CPM calculation
Advanced Settings (Optional)
  1. CPM & RPM: If you know your exact rates, you can override the auto-calculated values
  2. Sponsorships: Toggle on if you have sponsorship deals and set your sponsorship rate per view
  3. Currency: Switch between USD, INR, GBP, or RUB to view earnings in your preferred currency

💡 Tip: For the most accurate estimates, use the channel lookup feature. The tool will automatically calculate CPM based on your country and niche, and estimate monthly views from your channel's total view count.

Frequently Asked Questions

Enter your monthly views, CPM (Cost Per Mille), RPM (Revenue Per Mille), and optional sponsorship details. The tool calculates estimated earnings from ad revenue and sponsorships. You can also lookup a channel to automatically fetch subscriber and view data.

CPM (Cost Per Mille) is what advertisers pay per 1,000 ad impressions. RPM (Revenue Per Mille) is what creators earn per 1,000 views after YouTube's share. RPM is typically 55-68% of CPM due to YouTube's revenue share.

The estimates are based on industry averages and the data you provide. Actual earnings vary based on audience demographics, content niche, ad formats, and YouTube's revenue share. Use it as a guide, not exact figures.

Yes! Use the "Video-Specific Earnings" tab to enter a video URL or ID. The tool will fetch the video's view count and calculate estimated earnings based on that video's performance.

Earnings depend on CPM/RPM rates (vary by country and niche), audience demographics, content type, ad formats used, watch time, engagement rate, and whether the channel is in the YouTube Partner Program.
